these are a few of my favorite things... right now.

you know how oprah has her favorite things.. i thought i'd do it. cuz i'm just as important as her. but.. if i did have my own magazine i would put someone else other than just myself on the cover every month.
oh oprah. so much to learn.

these von zippers. i usually don't like von's but i lost my other ones last year and i just haven't gotten the guts to buy new ones. i love sun glasses and i love these. i love the smith one's i had. i think i left them at the scholes. that immediately makes me hate myself. ugh.

forever 21 has the best yoga pants for 6 dollars. you put them on and it's like youre not wearing anything. maybe that's why they are so cheap. no material. you aren't wearing anything. seriously. delight-fulness.

hotel cafe goes on tour every year and i love, love, love the artists who are on this tour. its so good. so i've been listening to these bands a lot. i love it. check it out. my fav is eric hutchinson. amy--- it has that song you love from that old navy commercial! no lie. they are coming. we should go. anyone??

songs for a new world. this musical has been playing in my car for two weeks straight now and i have been belting out to it. i love it!!!!!!!!! such goods songs. but two weeks. i'm totally not sick of it.

i'm starting to watch friends at night before i go to bed again. whenever i watch seasons of tv shows i start to act like them. does that make sense. so if i watch a lot of OC i'm so dramatic and think everything is about hoe's and fighting. i remember when i was watching it last year all 4 seasons, i saw leigh and was like... would you beat someone up for me. he was like...yeah, who tell me who. why would i ask that question?

cuz i had volcheck on the brain.

nay got asked to a dance and she so RUDELY had to give us so many hugs. which are my ALL TIME FAVORITE. i think i've had about.... 36. keep em coming.

pink sugar. aaron got me this for christmas and i love it. i have the bath gels and stuff like that and lotion. it smells sooooo extremely good. i've been wanting it for a while, so i was so excited to get it. the best is i put the lotion on every night before bed and the next day when i go to the gym and sweating. i totally sweat pink sugar. i smell yummy at the gym.

bananas and chex mix

so me and amy go for drinks tonight. i love going out with her. she makes me laugh. and we go on so many tageants. so we go make a qt run. i get a sobe and chex mix. she gets a diet mt dew and a banana. we get in the car and i open the chex mix and she gets some, then bites into her banana. "oh my gosh you have to try this. this combination is the best" then she goes on to say she always takes a bite of a banana and then something.. she just does. and amy hall is my favorite.
had the funnest couple of days eva:

for christmas aud got out family tickets to hairspray! it was so fun. i don't know how excited the boys were about going, but... still. it took everything inside aud, kate and me to not sing along. actually, we still did. HEY MOMMA WELCOME TO THE SIXTIES.... the only downer about the night was link larkin's name in real life was constantine.

we hiked up these stairs which we kinda assumed were someone's backyard. but we had to get to the burger joint before we ate our fingers... or eachother.

my mom and kelly kelly kelly. just after discussing my favorite topic. dental work. they think dentistry is a crock. kelly i think you are a crock. choke on that one.

we made lib cookies for his birthday. yes. yes for two things. 1 they are on a high school musical plate and 2 they say blood. it's normal. for both.

the gang at libs. we played the sign game. davey didn't get it. which made the sign game even funner. and funnier. it was fun.

well, this has been fun. i need to go study. i'm starting to sweat thinking about this class. and i might have an ulcer. not good.

so i went to mexico last week and we had a fun time. here are some pictures to show off my fun.

so michelle was driving the quad and she told us not to go up this one mountain. me and aaron were sitting there talking, and i hear her yell for help. michelle went up that mountain. and got stuck. not funny. but actually it was.

so i live with her. she has made me fall in love with zac efron. ive always loved him, but... time after time we can watch high school musical and just watch his moves. maybe its sick. call me sick. i'm totally ok with that. aud has made me a 14 yr old girl who goes giddy over zacary david alexander efron. hhahhaha.but don't you love him sitting there. i mean, when i'm hanging out just fiddling around with my cell phone, i look that good....
went to mexico last weekend, soooooo fun! aaron has the pictures on his camera so once i get it i'll post them. it was fun. we had four wheelers there, the beach amazing food and funny laughs. good time had by all.
i started my class. my anatomy class. i'll keep you updated.
i am running bleachers tonight. so i might take a nap before i go. my mom is in one of those moods. i think they call it... annoying, looney moods. just rambling. just sitting looking through a magazine. she is talking about how she doesn't like the super bowl. "i'm not really a super bowl gal, actually, i could care less who is even playing. they do have commercials, those are funny, but i just don't like the super bowl, you know what i mean."
as my dad is coming in with like.... 50 bags of groceries.

have you ever been to el rico's? it's amazing.they changed locations, ok just across the street and me and aud and davey went there one night. of course, me looking my best. it was fun. and it is so pretty there. i'd totally have a wedding reception there. not saying any type of wedding is in the works, blogger, but if there ever was i'd consider -the rico's.

back to work today. brutal. after two weeks off. kind of a tease.
i found out that heart is coming to town! WHAT ABOUT LOVE.... aud lets go. kate, haven't seen you yet because youre at some game, for some fool that rhymes with DATT, which we need to talk about... i get frustrated with you sometimes. but, anyhow- i want to go to heart!
i think i might be pulling a trip to mexico this weekend which i am totally excited for. if my stomach wasn't such a wuss i'd totally challenge aaron and top his 30 taco's in two days.
i SO could do it.
i'm going to work on my application for hygiene school now.
you know those things that you KNOW you have to get done, and they will eventually get done, pretty much cuz it has to but you just dread the thought of doing it.yeah, that's how i feel about this.
actually i am going to make list of things i dread:
1 application.
2 hanging up clothes.
3 taking in a load of crap from my car to my house.
4 telling the dr one of the hygienest needs a check. i seriously DREAD that.
5 waking up and going to work when its still dark out.
6 getting out of work when the sun is setting. (#5 and 6 totally go hand in hand)
7 asking katie to borrow clothes.
that might be about it.
oh yeah, i must get to #1.

i'm back. yes. i have been told by many people that i need to write in this. sorry i am a loser. i 've just been so busy.
just lies.
just been lazy.
so i'm talking to my best friend aimee. and she says that i need to update. i told her i would after my reading class that gets over on saturday. she says, sure al. i say i will just for you (and steph) she said, al, you promised me that a month and a half ago.
i remember i did. and i did not deliver.
so aimee sharon, this post is for you.

my favorite memories with my best friend. lets see:
1. provo river. i peed my pants. my tube popped. i rode to the provo with ben. in SHORT swimming trunks. ben ran through the bushes. and ... tom wanted to see what we would do. all in all, it was worth it cuz i got to ride the shark with my aimee.

2. photo booths. we spend 15-17 dollars in photo booths. do you know what that means. we get around 60-68 photo's of us. the best was one time we were doing it, and we were like, ok, we take turns saying a word then we make a face. of course, she says FART. good word aim, cuz its funny. 3 seconds later my turn. i say tomato.
not good word.
cuz. not funny word.

3. i lived with aimee for about 2 weeks. corbin got home in those two weeks. we were laying in bed on day. actually the day corbin got home... he called. she didn't answer cuz she said it was too late. little things like this make me love my best friend even more.

4. it was many years ago. me and my sisters and mom used to come up for conference. my sister got a brand new car. aimee had a full cup of soda.
kerplunk. there goes aimee's soda. and both of our lives cuz my sister was pissed.

5. aim came to az for her job. i had a date with zach brough that exact night. how important is aimee?? she came on the date with me. how important am i to aimee? it was an interpretive dance concert. she stayed. that was the best.

6. me and aimee were bonding at my house one night. it was late. probably 11. for some reason we were in my car. member that car aim. the like... clunker. we were in it, talking, bonding, i even think we were crying. little did we know our third best friends family snuck out that night and all piled into their car. we were astonished they were leaving so late. they came back 10 minutes later with mc donalds food. if you had the personality me and aim have, and the background to everything, you would realize how funny that was.

7. we played monopoly ALL night one night.

8. she's my andre. we love project runway and watched the whole season together. everynight before bed. you rock my kazbah, andre.

9. i've heard about corbin for like... 10 years. and still never met him. this is when i am living with aim. he finally came ALL the way to orem-knowing WHAT a COMMUTE that was to visit her apartment. he finally got the full dose of allie. i was screaming, jumping up and down and hugging him. he just thought i was excited. aim assured him that this is how i normally am. i loved that night.

10. she is my matt damon. i am not even going to mention that memory, for fear people will lock me up.

11. i flew up for her bridal shower. and was there for the family one. i loved that. i was there when she took her bridals. and i loved it, giving me toilet paper in the stall, all while documenting every move. then going to applebees. she picked me up at the airport the night before her wedding with a sign that read "kiss my askins" i was there waiting for her and worby outside the temple and i was there for her reception. corbin giving me and steph the most disturbing hug i have ever ever ever gotten. i loved it all.

12. taking pictures with, yes with old men and the gateway.

13. going to sunsplash with my cousins and the one weird girl who looked at PT cruisers and said, come to me.... they are pt cruisers.

14. she was OBSESSED with my cousin. one year for christmas i gave her his old boxers. it took years later for me to realize how truly disgusting that it.

15. denny's at like one in the morning to talk about corbin. nachos and a blondie and time of the day because we love them. the pie. brick oven salads. cafe rio salads, like 3 times a week. zupas. taco amigo.. we have the best taste.

16. i remember the day i said goodbye to her. i was leaving for san diego that day so i had to go over and say my goodbyes. i remember it being hard, and remembering it would never be the same, but i would always have her as my best friend. then... i got into the car, and i will forever remember the song that was playing. it's silly, really. but even now when i am listening to the radio and hear the song, i cry. i love you forever aimee sharon hemmelgarn smith!!!!
