ONE LOOOONG post...

First off, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! I love this time of year and I totally think this year it's freezing. I guess I'll take the flip flops off and put on the slippers and sweats!
And I totally love this picture above.

In October Ash came in to town. It was so fun hanging out and doing crazy things and seeing that darn adorable baby!

Heather and I crafted... we tested the product on baby Sam. He could TOTALLY get away with extensions.

Rhea's birthday was October 20th and that evening we headed to Oreganos for dinner. They give kids pizza dough to play in, it was so fun!

The birthday girl with her lovely daughter

Aaron and Al

Aaron loved hanging with Sam while they were here! Aaron misses his little buddy!

And true to Aaron form, everywhere we go he gets out a textbook to study. Aaron is trying to teach baby about neurology.

Rhea, Sam and Tanner

The next night Ash threw a SMASHING surprise party for Rhea. It was great a great turnout and LOOKED AWESOME!!

So... I was in charge of Sam for like 5 minutes. In the 5 minutes his shirt looked like this and he ate about 5 cups of sand. I'm #1 aunt!

The backyard was amazing and everyone was playing!!

Rockband was on the projector and baby wanted to follow in uncles footsteps! Aaron is such a great drummer, wish he could practice more.

Tricia Brown's cutest grandkids! They entertained me the entire evening!

These ladies keep me so young!

The next evening on the 22nd I went to Taylor Swift with Katie and Kristie. AND. I. LOVED. IT.
I'm a total Swiftie and totally okay with that. She is adorable.

She changed her outfit about a kazillion times but this was my favorite, it was a cute lacey dress.

She sang my favorite song, "long live" and I just loved her!
Also, Jimmy Eat World sang with her and it was so perfect! She sang the middle with him and I texted Aaron and he was jealous he didn't sign up to go. OHHHH so jealous.

The weekend before Halloween we celebrated with friends. Our friends Jared and Joanna have twins:
And they looked adorable!

Jessie with thing 1
Aaron went as a nerd. and I went as a tooth fairy. Kinda accurate of our lives right now....

We played minute to win it games. It's always a good time with those friends!

Then on Halloween we went to a party for peep's in our ward.
Cowboy and Cat. This is not accurate of our lives right now.

The beginning of November we headed to Red Robin for:
1. Bottomless fries
2. Under heated-not prepared- bocca burger
3. A fundraiser for Katies work
We saw this license plate "be a teacher, starve with dignity" We made Aud take a picture by it AS THE OWNER WAS WALKING TO HER CAR!

Early November was "MR. U of A"
Can I just tell you how happy I am that we are going to U of A COMP. It's such an awesome campus, and a small class and such a fun atmosphere.
Says the girl NOT in medical school.
Aaron and I attended the pageant to support fellow students. It was a real treat!!! Designer wear, scrub wear, talent and a questions round!
This is Aaron's friend Angel singing us a song for his talent.

This is a professor telling who won... oh the anticipation...

Oh man, look at how bad that picture is! Sean from 3rd year won. He aced all categories. What a guy!
Sam's birthday was the 5th of November, so on Sunday a little birthday party was held for him.
Yummy burritos and cake!

And he loves to steal our camera and take flattering pictures of himself!!

little love birds!

Don't worry, my marathon training is going just fine! This was maybe 3:45 a.m running before work! WHY???
And let's be real Allie, is it really that cold in AZ to be wearing such things.
Yes. That early, it always is.
And 2 shout outs:
1. My running trainer Jessie Fletcher is the best. I learn so much from her and love her so much
2. Alejandra Dahl is a stinking rockstar and I'm so happy she is doing her first marathon!!

On 11-11-11 my good friends Julie and Ryan got married! I was lucky enough to be in the wedding. It was SO fun. The night before the wedding party stayed in the nicest little villa and we watched movies and Julie and I talked in bed until way late. I'm so happy for them, and I love them to death!

Wow, blurry pics!

The morning of we all got ready, but Julie and I ended up doing a little make-over to the other bridesmaid! We laughed that we pampered the maid of honor and didn't even help the bride!!

Julie looked gorgeous and it was the best to watch her walk down the isle and see Ryan's face. LOVE YOU TWO!

Mid November a little shower was given to Miss Heather Parker to welcome her into the Dahl family
Cutest girl right? I think so too.

Yeah the front of this is knit. .... Yikes!

So little did Heather know, a lot of this shower was to give all the inside jokes/ hand-me-down gifts. She loved them all!
Look at that beautiful levoy!

Something special.

I think she was very excited to get her bed set! Now, they just need a bed!!!

The oh-so-loved lamp. This has been passed on and it was such a great little gift! I bet Heather can't wait to get rid of this! It is very bulky! I had it for sometime!....in my garage!

We played the question game and every time she answered wrong, she had to add another piece of gum. She had a couple pieces in there! But she did really well! They were tough questions!

After the shower, naturally, I got in the fort with Zach....

I'm SOOOO excited to get another sister in law that I love so much! (AND we missed our other SIL, Ash) Heather welcome to the awesome, nutty, crazy and loving Dahl family! Let the par-tay begin!!!
