FUNNY AARON

so. we are getting married. a lot of people wonder how we are going to make this work.
we don't know.
we lose everything.
we forget everything.
but we are a blast.

i don't have a ring yet. i quit asking cuz i know it annoys aaron. it doesn't annoy me i don't have one i hate everyone always grabbing my finger and being like... ohhh... so it's not official, or... oh... he's just poor, or... oh... he is just trying to surprise you. i have heard all of those. none of them true. --- but i don't care. who needs a ring.

but-- this was funny. we didn't see last thursdays episode of the office, so i know aaron did this all by himself without any ideas from jim--he got to church before me, FOUND this wedding ring AND band just laying on the floor. being aaron, he was like.. i could have so much fun with this. puts it is his pocket and sits. i get there. we go through sacrament, after the meeting we're sitting there listening to announcements and aaron grabs my hand and slides the RING onto MY finger.he was like.. allie, and i was like SHUT UP... he goes, DO YOU KNOW WHO'S THIS IS??? RIGHT then the bishop got up and was like if anyone found a wedding ring and a band will they please turn it in after the meeting, a woman in the prior ward lost hers, thanks.

my heart freaked out.

i thought i was getting a ring. and i thought he was proposing during sacrament meeting.

so, Adolf, take all the time you need. and make sure when you get it to me.

The shadow of the mullet

we had a girls lunch it was fun, kate, we missed you! it was good to catch up and also nice to get input from everyone! me and zach were on a lunch date and he started running around saying, "i'm your boyfriend" SURE!
we went to the place where we are having the reception and... i think aud took a picture of this. not sure of what... i'm thinking aarons butt. it is nice... but... why did she....
so we went to JON BON JOVI friday night. HOT. he is so sexy. daughtry opened for him and that was nice too. although, jovi has done something to his hair. it is dark, which is still handsome. but then when he sings up on the tv it just shows the outline of his face.
thus: the shadow of the mullet. i think he may be the ONLY creature on earth to pull off the mullet. we had a blast. aud almost passed out from all the sexiness and kate sang to every song.
i was too busy making best friends with the lady next to me--talking THE WHOLE concert with her. i'd do it again.


i liked when jon was on the tv like this.

yesterday was one of the BEST days of my life! i got accepted to DENTAL HYGIENE school! to many of you who don't know, the hygiene process is CRAZY hard, full of jumps and loops having 4.0 GPA and working your butt off... then, it is crazy competitive because there are about 200 girls all doing the same thing, working towards the same goal. i applied to two colleges, phoenix college and mcc. i was an alternate for phoenix college, i found out on saturday and monday aud called and said there was mail for me from MCC dental hygiene department. so...babysitting and all, i brought the kids to my house opened up the letter and jumped as high as i EVER have in my whole life after reading just the word CONGRATULATIONS! it could have said congratulations you applied and got royally rejected.

but it didn't. i'm in. as kelly would say "allie, all of your dreams are coming true"

it's a two year school, where hygiene becomes your life. you sleep, dream and eat it. you breath it and then you study even more.

and i am so excited about that.

most of all, i thought i wasn't going to get in. i thought the Lord would test my patience, because i don't have any.

but i guess he thinks there will be better times to learn. trish came over and corbin made me cookies, sami made me a tooth card with one pearl earring that i must put in my pocket every time i have to take a test it will bring me good luck and trish gave me her "bible"-all knowing dentistry book and some great ADA journals, that, when i do research papers -her example, like write a 10 pg paper on this new medication- they want it from these journals. and i said, ohhh, like once a week. she said, um, if your lucky. they give you a couple a week. hahhah. then aaron took me and nay to get a sonic drink. it was so good. i loved that day!

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT! now i am going to bed because i couldn't sleep last night from all the excitement. hahhah!
