Birthdays and Cardinals

So my sisters have gotten me quite a Cardinals fan. And Aaron is happy quite about this!!! This is the girlas at ZIPS enjoying a pre-season game.
Then in late August we were lucky enough to all go to a game! We had the best seats in the house and Aaron even hi-fived Kevin Kolb's Grandpa. Well we're SURE it was his grandpa. just sure.

On the way!

The sisters
Oh, and Katie sat in front of us with Priscilla. Katie made real good friends with the married man next to her! He was showing her pictures of his child. The. Whole. Time. We giggled.

Aaron SOOOOO excited!!!

Aaron and Allie. And I totally understood the game! There were some questions I had to ask Aaron, but Audrey did too, so I didn't feel that dumb. Then again Aud was saying some pretty crazy things that night like how OFFense and BALL have the same letters! Aaron and I loved it.

WOOOOOO CARDS!
So, we MUST say we are all #5's BIGGEST fan, too bad he is no longer with the Cards, but we loved watching the Cardinals cuz he was a part of them! Ben Graham is two of Audrey's students dad. He is the nicest guy ever! We miss him on the team!

We felt super awesome talking to a player

Aud and #5. And he is Australian, it's such a cute little accent! And his girls are adorable!

Then the next weekend we celebrated my birthday. I turned 26. And turning 26 is awesome. I've realized:
I get tired easier.
My bones pop when I wake up.
I like waking up earlier.
I worry about things like health insurance, reliable cars, clean house and a warm dinner.
I like coming home early in the evening.
And my knees hurt.
Who said aging was a drag?!?!?!?!

That Sunday (the 4th) we had Aimee and Corbin and the Dahl family come over to my parents house to celebrate. I love having everyone I love in the same place!
Aaron just loves this baby. And baby Asher is just getting so big!

Besties with testies (it is a joke, I'm not gross guys.)

Texas Sheetcake= my love.
And apparently only the last half of my first name was important to put on the cake.

That night we played POUNCE. Because we are pounce lovers. This is Aud loving 2 things:
1. Her pounce hand
2. The awesome old-school country station we found on tv that plays the BEST oldies songs while displaying unattractive pictures of the singers!

My actual birthday was labor day. I LOVE having my birthday around Labor day. EVERYONE gets it off and it is a party all day! WE went shopping ALL day and then went to Liberty Markey for dinner.
Here is my mom trying to use Katies IPhone to take a picture and STILL taking 20 minutes. My mom is a RIOT!

The kids at Liberty Market

LOOK! The number we got for our food was the year I was born! DESTINY!

HEAVEN.

Then.... on the 14th it was Auddie Rose's birthday. Can I just tell you 2 things....
1. She is shrinking so we got her all new clothes
and
2. Justin Beiber lotion is M-I-A EVERYWHERE. I looked HIGH and LOW for this stuff.
Katie and I are such good sisters.

I also made her a happiness journal cuz I'm trying to be more happy. and I want others to be happy too. It's a fun little project I'm doing!

Aud with the parentals.

My dad bought us these jackets. And him and my mom and nay one. Cute!!!!!!

Then that weekend we went out with Aud and her friends to Oreganos. It was so fun and she has so many friends!
This is the only picture I took sadly! Good thing that Aaron and I both look drunk and my hair looks like a wig about to fall off!
All is good!!!!!!

White Coat-ness!

The end of July Aaron had his white coat ceremony for school. And....... true Susan Askins form, I have pictures documenting the ENTIRE thing! Thank goodness for mom!
Class 2015! (Awesome, but kinda depressing at the same time..... seems so far away, it'll go by in a flash!)

Dean Flynn. Sir Dean Flynn. Aaron's Dean of the Medical School. I really like him because he is so nice and personable to the students!

They called Aaron's name, he's gettin' the coat!

It was weird to me that they put the coats on every student! Luckily the class is only 48, it didn't take too too long.

Sir Dean Flynn, me and Aaron. Seriously, he is a very funny man. And FYI: Sir is NOT part of his name. Not even close. It's Stewart. Stew.

Dr. Molina and Aaron, he gave a very great and inspiring talk!

Cute Ashley with Aaron (Mark was moving their belongings to the moving truck... they were moving the next day!)

The Dahl's so proud of their brother/son/Hubs

Askins and Aaron. All loud and proud of my mom's favorite son-in-law!

After, we went to Mia's for some grub.

Here we are.... Aaron doing.... a sexy pose???? What-the-what?

The KIDS

The gang!

Proud of you Dahl, here we go!---you're my Popsicle!

JULY JULY JULY!!

July 18th was our 3rd anniversary! It was also Aaron's first day of school, but I will post that later. Aaron surprised me and took me to Melting Pot!!

It was such a fun time and we giggled and laughed and the shrimp was OH so good!

My mom took Aud and I down to Tucson for the day, we went to Pita Jungle where my mom learned the ins-and-outs of texting and Aud met her true love at the table next to us. She loves those brotha's!

Aaron's dad Sam was gracious enough to let us tag along with him and Rhea to see the Harry Potter movie! It was a private viewing, so no camping out for us!!!

Long live Harry!!!!

All the suckers waiting!

Freaky girl dressed as Voldemort

Our bands that proved we were super lucky.

Aaron became friends with Richard in our ward, who was an investigator. After weeks of discussions Aaron was happy Richard asked to baptize him. He gave a great talk, I was so happy! My little missionary!

Bringin' in another year for Heather! We love her, and we love celebrating her birthday!

I have been so lucky to see Aimee so much lately. Even though they live on the west side we see each other once a week to try to make up for all of the lost time! The Smith's headed over to our house in July to celebrate her birthday. This picture is perfect. Me probably saying something dumb and Aim's facial expression shows she agrees.

Cuties

Oh cuties again! And that baby!!!! He is getting so big! He is such a good baby!

My dad's birthday was the 25. Here he is with his girls. We love our daddy!!!

That day Kate got another medal in the mail for her marathons! 2 in one year! Go Kate- you rockstar!!!!!!

Bishop Larsen made it over for the event and he stayed and celebrated Daddy's birthday with us!

He brought him soda and peanuts.... must be some inside joke between these boys! Always is!!

Aaron and I gave him a school shirt because U of A KICKS BOOTY!

My mom gave him so many of these shirts, which our family calls them "Dan Palmer" shirts. They look JUST like my papa!!

Then, sadly.... oh so sadly, we had to say goodbye to the Huston's. They moved to Nebraska so Mark could go to law school. So the week before we got as much baby time as we could!!!

We had farewell girls night out and we just HAD to stop at cakes by April. See, Alex LOVES it.

See also, AUDREY loving it!

The girls and we miss Ashley SOOOO much!

And this baby.
