Fist off, what is a post without baby Sam. Everyone says we will love our baby more (THIS IS NOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT,
HOMIES) but, what if we don't. What if we will always love baby Sam more. Poor little
Dahl babies.

End of March the
Whatcott side got together to celebrate Kim, Tim and Grandma's birthdays! We had a lot of fun spending time with family and eating yummy potluck food too.

Look, bed pans were included too!

That next Sunday we got together to celebrate Tanner's birthday (which was in the middle of March but he was up in Utah on his real
b-day.) I LOVE this picture.
Tanner of course is on his phone, Grandpa Sam has a HUGE candle, Aaron is talking and where is baby Sam? Camouflaged crawling on the floor under Tanners chair. So very random.

Ga-Ga with her favorite baby!

Since Ash is a cool mom and Rhea is even a cooler grandma.... they let baby have dibs on the cake. It was hilarious watching him go to town on it. And he wasted such GOOD frosting. I was so sad.

The end product.

OKAY-------------------
What are we doing holding up one finger at a Chili's booth without a baby brother by our side?
That's right world, we made it. 1 YEAR!!!! Nay has been gone ONE year and we totally are all still in tact. We've managed to still laugh and be happy! Who would have thought! We celebrated by going to the exact Chili's we went to before we dropped him off at the airport for our 2 year hiatus.
On a totally opposite note:

We had to drive over to Glendale to do some dirty business and on the way drove past a
Rally's. Aaron HAD to have it. And me? I was so glad a didn't (
Askins girls think of Denny's
experience... aye!)

Cute little Natalie came into town over her Spring break to mingle. We took her to Gecko where she fell in love with M
exican food and Charming Charlies...

Last Saturday was Jenna's shower. Alejandra and I went in on a gift and it was pretty amusing us trying to pick out baby things. We had no idea what to do...
and FYI:
Jenna is the one prego.... not me, despite what the picture leads you to believe.

Last Friday and Saturday Aaron had 2
nd Look and U of A Phoenix campus. They wined and dined him and it sounded pretty fun and fancy. That Saturday night they took us all to a Diamondbacks game in a nice suite with
awesome peanuts!

Here is little Aaron by his home away from home.
You're crazy wildcat! (
HSM forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
