i feel like a million bucks

i'm back! no worries. if you thought i was going to stay in florida forever, sad to say, i had to come back to reality. i had the best time. it was one of my favorites. but as i was contemplating all of my vacations... i realized, every vacation i take is the best. no matter if i am going to utah for the kazillionth time, or athens greece, they are all SO fun.
want me to recapture? ok.
we fly there tuesday. had a 2 1/2 hr layover in nashville. that place is SO green! but we got to florida, we flew into jacksonville, got dinner, went grocery shopping then went to the beach house. k, it's 3 stories. and.. the first level is it's own little house. it was amazingly perfect. it is beautiful and if you look outside the window, the beach is RIGHT there.
wednesday we were in house arrest. with a view, and a house like that, fine by me. we layed on the beach, looked for shark teeth (because all week long there was a contest and money was given to the person who had the most) and one by one we each went in to get hour long massages. we had a personal chef come that night and she made something delicious. i want to say snapper. yes. snapper. we sit down at the huge table, dr. offers a prayer and we dig in. kinda looking around like we are one big family. ha. that night we play cards. we are so loud and dr. scholes comes out and says "girls in 15 minutes its going to be 3 in the morning and i am going to want to go to bed so you are going to need to tone it down"
he leaves. i say-- "night daddy."
thursday i venture to go deep sea fishing. can i just paint you a mental picture? its me, two other girls, the dr and then 4 other men. the boat was nice. but, everytime they started it up and drove real fast the ladies had to escape and RUN up stairs cuz the exaust was so bad. our captain was someone who... was 78, had SHORT blue shorts on, a 1978 white t shirt, that has been worn out now it's sheer and a white beard that was somehow died yellow along the mouth, from coffee i'm assuming. his name? captain danny.
what did i catch? a baracuda. 45 freaking pound baracuda. that night we go to this local restaraunt named "caps" i order salmon.. and it was to die for. anything there was good. after, we watch the office and just vedge. stressful day.
friday. ohhh my gosh. ok---i felt... no no... i looked like a newpsie. we had a luncheon at the club with janie's (the dr.'s wife) family. she is from there and so her family still is there. it was amazing. i looked around. women were walking around who obviously had work done. whether boobs or face, hips or thighs, something's been done. teenage girls were there with their slinky bakini's and their dolce sunglasses (i just wanted to listen to their convo's thinking they were going to be about how their boyfriends are too overprotected, or how their dad has lost all his clients money and is escaping on a yacht to hawaii.... ) it was out of control. after lunch we went to the spa and got facials-that was a first. now im addicted. they are amazing. amazing. then we got manicures and pedi's. all together. (no dr though, hahha) it was great. we went to dinner that night with janie's mom and dad (who happen to be producers of... um, my favorite tv show, passport to europe with samantha brown.... yeah- when they told me, picture me.... losing my cool. cuz.... that happened.) then we went on this ghost tour. St. augustine (which is close to pointe vedra, where we stayed) is the oldest city in america. don't ask how. cuz i know the tour guide told me, but... all i was focusing on was how i was going to mimick this guy (he was freaking jack sparrow. dressed as pirate and NEVER went out of character.) he took us all around st. augustine and told true ghost/scary stories of the town. it was so cool.
after we went to this club. it wasn't hoppin, but... you know me, i had SOME crazy amount of energy... and they played like a virgin, and... i got up on stage next to a piano and sang and danced.
and i was on tv so it could be shown all throughout the club.
classy al.
all in all. good week. good week.
oh, i took the color personality test. it says i'm a yellow. have you taken it? you should.
i sound like a corny infomercial.
